The only trade conference in the UK dedicated to Cidermaking is returning! We are delighted to announce that CraftCon 2025 will run as a two day in-person conference at the Green Dragon Hotel in Hereford. The conference is Thursday 27th & Friday 28th of March 2025.

Pershore, Worcestershire was our inaugaural location, and the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, Gloucestershire was a fantastic home for two years. But our partnership with the Green Dragon Hotel offers us a real opportunity to get the most out of the event with networking, on-site accommodation, and local visits to cidermakers, all will make this the most exciting CraftCon ever!” said Albert Johnson, current Chairperson of the Three Counties Cider and Perry Association.
The programme for CraftCon 2025 is still taking shape, but early ticket buyers will be able to secure their place at this significant event, as well as book on-site accommodation with a CraftCon exclusive discount. For the first time, CraftCon will feature an international keynote speaker in person, along with as usual the three stream approach to sessions, ensuring that whatever size and age of your cider business, you will find valuable, educational content at CraftCon that helps you succeed, stabilise and grow.
Attendees will once again have the choice of joining delegates at the Thursday Night Cider Dinner, followed by the Cider Share.
