Fair Oak cider is made on a farm in Herefordshire in a restored 17th-century stone mill which is once again being worked by a horse. We harvest old varieties of cider apples from orchards around the Golden Valley, crush them in the mill, then squeeze them through hessian on the stone press. Each year we produce a range of traditional still ciders, including one single variety – as well as a medium dry sparkling cider.
