It is 100% pure and unfiltered. Our Cwm Maddoc traditional cider and award-winning Perry is fermented in small batches using wild yeasts and bottle-conditioned to retain natural sweetness and sparkle. Unpasteurised, unfiltered and natural. Customers welcome to walk in our small, young orchards. Please contact beforehand to pre-book. We offer apple juice making courses as a holiday activity for guests staying in our shepherd’s huts.
