Kertelreiter is a small, family-run, orchard-based cidery producing small-batch artisinal cider and perry in the village of Schefflenz, North Baden, Germany. We make dry cider and perry, sometimes with inspiration from the past to recreate historical methods and recipes, as well as with an occasional modern twist. A large part of our focus is making use of and propagating old, rare perry pear varieties.
