Small cider producer based in the Derbyshire Dales since 2013. Our cider is made from apples harvested from forgotten trees and orchards that would normally go to waste using the wild yeasts on the fruit to produce a range of Eastern Counties’ style ciders. Since early 2020, we have run our local village pub, The Red Lion, on the edge of the Peak District. We offer the full range of our cider alongside cider and perry from other local and national producers. We also have a range of local ales and a full menu with many apple, pear and cider inspired dishes. The pub is dog, muddy boot, cyclist, biker & family-friendly.
