As a specialist horticulture college, growing fruit crops has been at the heart of our operation. In the early 1990s we started adding value to the fruit we were growing by making it into apple juice. Cider was added to this shortly after. Our ethos is to make quality real products where the fruit stands out! Contract production for others soon followed which can include crossflow filtering and carbonation. The Garden Centre stocks a full range of all the products grown and/or produced on-site. Visitors are welcome to look around the gardens and orchards after registering at either the garden centre or college reception. A small coffee shop is inside the Garden Centre.
